The Archbishop's Circle was
initiated in 2003 to recognize and thank those donors who have
demonstrated their commitment to Xavier High School by supporting the
Foundation with generous unrestricted annual gifts of $1,000 or more
during the Foundation's fiscal year. Donors contributing at that
level are invited to attend the annual Heritage Society reception in the
summer. Gifts at this level support the Foundation's mission and
help Xavier plan for the future. Each year the Foundation
will acknowledge the honor roll of Archbishop's Circle members based
on gifts and payments given to the annual appeals during the fiscal
year. Archbishop’s Circle recognition will be determined annually
by a
donor’s cumulative giving to the Foundation’s
annual appeals between July 1 and June 30.

Annual Business Appeal
Thanks to the hard work and dedication of more than 80
volunteers, the Xavier Foundation 2006 Business Appeal was a success.
Volunteers visited with area business leaders to share with them the
benefits of Xavier High School to the community, area businesses, and
today’s youth.
More than 185 area businesses
donated $87,142 to this year’s campaign, surpassing the $85,000 campaign goal.
The gifts contributed during the business appeal account for almost 15% of the
money raised by the Foundation throughout the year to provide funding for Xavier
High School. These funds assist Xavier’s 700 students as they are educated in
the tradition of mind, body and spirit within the values-based curriculum Xavier
is proud to offer.
Leading this year’s efforts were appeal chair Kathleen Kleiman (L82) of
Simmons Perrine Albright and Ellwood and associate chair Pat Deignan of
Bankers Trust.
